| Next-Day Delivery: Available for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman for orders placed before 4 PM (Dubai) and before 12 PM (other Emirates). |
| Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days for other UAE locations. |
| International Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days to KSA, Europe, and other countries, with import duties included. |
What is the cost of delivery?
- Free shipping on all UAE orders of AED 99 and above.
- For orders below AED 99, delivery fee applies as per service selected.

Easy Returns
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused perfumes in original sealed packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact us at info@kiswahperfumes.com or +971 521523880 to receive a Return Authorization Number.
- Return shipping is covered by customers for change of mind returns; defective or incorrect items are returned free of charge.
- Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return unless faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after inspecting the returned item, refunded to the original payment method.
For damaged or incorrect deliveries, notify us within 48 hours with photos for replacement or full refund.
Do you offer same-day delivery or pickup?
- Same-day delivery is not available on COD.
- Same-day delivery can be arranged via Porter service.
- Delivery charges to be coordinated via WhatsApp or Call.
- Same-day pickup is available from our location without any extra charges.
