- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused perfumes in original sealed packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact us at info@kiswahperfumes.com or +971 521523880 to receive a Return Authorization Number.
- Return shipping is covered by customers for change of mind returns; defective or incorrect items are returned free of charge.
- Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return unless faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after inspecting the returned item, refunded to the original payment method.
For damaged or incorrect deliveries, notify us within 48 hours with photos for replacement or full refund.
