| Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days for other UAE locations. |
| International Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days to KSA, Europe, and other countries, with import duties included. |
What is the cost of delivery?
- Free shipping on all UAE orders of AED 150 and above.

Easy Returns
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused perfumes in original sealed packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact us at info@kiswahperfumes.com or +971 521523880 to receive a Return Authorization Number.
- Return shipping is covered by customers for change of mind returns; defective or incorrect items are returned free of charge.
- Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return unless faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after inspecting the returned item, refunded to the original payment method.
For damaged or incorrect deliveries, notify us within 48 hours with photos for replacement or full refund.

I first tried their testers and honestly, it was really hard to choose just one fragrance because I liked almost all of them. In the end, I ordered their gift box, which came with three fragrances. Each one had its own unique character, but my favorite was Rooh-e-Tasleem. The packaging was neat and elegant, and overall it felt like a thoughtful product that I would also consider as a gift.
